The web hosting industry is extremely competitive online. There are many cheap hosting services that you can purhcase for a few dollars a month. We have tried out several of the hosting services such as bluehost, dream, ixwebhosting, godaddy, aplus, hostway, and more. For small-medium sized businesses we would suggest using ixwebhosting. They have had the lowest downtime and fastest speeds for a low-cost provider. The only downfall is their customer service which is ok, but not great. Their web hosting customer service is also outsource to India so it is difficult to understand them sometimes; however I have not had to contact their customer service as much as other web hosts so that is a big plus.
