Right in the middle, sandwiched in between the pessimistic Generation Xers and the optimistic Millennials, lies a very important group of people who are both underestimated and under-reached.

Meet the Xennials. Xennials were born between 1977 and 1983. They are most often described as those who grew up with analog childhood and digital adulthood. Here lies the perfect mix of the past and the future. These are the people who didn’t get email accounts until college, talked to their friends on both the house phone and basic instant messaging services, spent their childhoods building forts outside during the day and watching VHS tapes from the local video rental store at night. Because the year span for Xennials is so small at only six years, Xennials are not considered their own generation, but a micro one.

Fascinating. This group bridges the gap between Generation X the children of Baby Boomers and Millennials, who are digital natives and have never been without the constant communication of the internet. Xennials tend to be both pragmatic, driven and creative, the best of both worlds.
